TEKsystems is migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud and we are looking for thought leaders to join our team through this transformational journey. This position will be involved with the product owners and implementation partner to design and set up a system to improve our day-to-day business management and enable future growth. This position requires techno-functional knowledge in two or more of the following ERP modules: Human Resources, Benefits, Learning Management, Projects, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, EPM, Purchasing, and iProcurement.

We are looking for those with specific experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud and would prefer experience in a prior experience migrating from EBS to Cloud. Key responsibilities include:

Providing senior level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding the overall systems architecture

Work with product teams to guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and software.

Review, advise and design standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on the enterprise business process and goals

Contribute to the road map for each system, including (when known) technical or functional obsolescence date

Assist in the development of and manages an architecture governance process.

Provide technical guidance and productivity tools to product teams.

Develop and maintain architectural assets including security requirements, principles, standards, policies, reference architectures, models, blueprints, roadmaps, frameworks, patterns and services using Unified Modeling Language (UML).

Research new technologies and demonstrate the use by developing proof of concept demonstrations.

Work closely with cloud-native application architectures like PaaS, IaaS, microservices, containerization, serverless computing, API design.

Develop, create awareness for, and monitor adherence to integration standards that meet operational requirements, such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability.

Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprise's architecture needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 10 years' relevant experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 14 years' relevant experience.

Eight years of applicable business or system development experience.

Knowledge of, and expertise in, multiple varied technologies and programming languages.

Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.

At least six years' experience with ERP applications.

Preferred Certifications:

Oracle Cloud ERP certification(s).
