    Our clinicians are encouraged to:

    • Be themselves and let their personality shine Each clinician is given their own office space with neutral furnishings and are encouraged to decorate to their individual style.
    • Practice what you preach: self-care. With full administrative support, clinicians are afforded the ability to take care of their personal responsibilities without worrying about administrative tasks, allowing them the freedom to go home at the end of their work day and take care of themselves. A generous PTO policy also allows clinicians to take time away from work to relax and rejuvenate.
    • Learn and grow with professional development opportunities. Financial support for continuing education is provided for part- and full-time employees.
    • Be innovative through the use of current technology and techniques to provide the best possible care for clients. All clinicians are provided state-of-the-art technology, including a Lenovo Thinkpad & Apple iPad Pro.

    Requirements:

    • Licensed in the state of Alabama as LPC, LICSW, or LMFT; ALC & LMSW applicants will NOT be considered at this time.
    • Experience working with various clinical presentations
    • Skilled in providing professional counseling according to established standards of care
    • Excellent customer service and support skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ability to successfully counsel patients for improved mental and behavioral health with Individual therapy, and patient education in office or virtually
    • Efficient documentation in the Electronic Health Record
    • Organizing and prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines
    • Interact effectively and professionally with persons from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, education, racial, ethnic and professional backgrounds.
    • Attend weekly collaborative team meeting
