- 4 year degree BA/BS in Finance or Accounting.Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Other software training required.
- Masters degree preferred
- Accounting and Financial Analyst experience required
- Identification and commitment to mission, philosophy, and goals of organization
- People skills including motivating, communicating, and conflict resolution
- Highly advanced financial skills

The role youll contribute:
Under the direction of the CFO, Regional Controller assists the CFO in preparation and maintenance of Accounting records, financial statements, financial analysis, and reporting. Regional Controller manages Regional Accounting Staff also manages Regional Charge Services and GH/MMC Materials Management.
