Job summary
To ensure safe seamless delivery of projects on time and on budget responsible for project expense control reporting construction project management risk safety management oversee construction projects from initial development of scopes of work permitting completion fulfills contract requirements by completing pre-construction closing inspections including a detailed punch-list at completion of projects manage construction renovation within approved guidelines capital budget appropriations negotiation contract terms conditions fees deliverables quality control legal accountability to assure that companys financial legal interests are protected liabilities exposure to risk is minimized prepares project schedules budgets estimates AFEs directs contractors engaged in planning executing work liaison general contractors engineers architects manufacturers departments ensure workmanship conforms specification details documents prepares reports progress financial adjusts schedules needed authorizes monitors expenditures identifies repairs facilities coordinates with respective Maintenance Coordinator Facility Director tracks updates expenditures individual projects regularly coincide period reporting requires manages decommissioning old sites store closures other duties assigned.
