The OpportunityFamily and Children's Association (FCA) is seeking a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate to join the THRIVE team, Long Island's first recovery center, dedicated to providing support, resources, and empowerment to individuals in recovery and their families.
Responsibilities
- Implement skills and needs assessments for individuals in recovery (PIR) to identify their strengths and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with recoverees to develop individualized recovery plans and track progress toward goals.
