    Job Title: EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF - Restaurant Excellence Team

    What You'll Bring to the Team:

    • Personal Attributes - Exceptional communication and organizational abilities - Deep commitment to providing outstanding hospitality - Quick adaptability to new surroundings - Intellectual curiosity and emotional maturity - Dedication to staff development and food education - Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Professional Attributes - Proficiency in culinary fundamentals and financial acumen - Ability to mentor and educate team members - Minimum 4 years of high-volume kitchen experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role - Culinary degree preferred - Understanding of safety protocols and HR practices - Physical stamina to work over 50 hours per week
    • Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in fine dining high-volume kitchens - Culinary degree is a plus - Proficiency in kitchen operations and financial analysis - Desire to mentor and educate culinary professionals - Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently - Spanish language skills are beneficial

      • Timeframe and Initiative:

      The Restaurant Excellence Team (REX) at Mina Group aims to fully train leadership candidates in our operational procedures and concepts through assignments at various locations. The goal is for REX members to assume full-time leadership roles within 12-18 months of joining us.

      Travel:

      Extensive travel is expected as part of your role in the Mina Group Restaurant Excellence Team (REX). Travel expenses outside your local market will be reimbursed according to our Travel Policy.

      Relocation:

      This position requires candidates to be based in a local market where Mina Group restaurants are present.

      Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
