    Business Development Representative

    Job Description:

    We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities through strategic outreach and prospect engagement. As a key player in our sales team, you'll set up demos for our Account Executives and drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Initiate outbound calls and emails to secure software demos
    • Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media
    • Develop expertise in our products and services
    • Utilize CRM software to manage prospect and sales activities
    • Analyze client needs and present tailored solutions
    • Document all interactions and opportunities in our CRM system
    • Participate in regular status meetings

    Requirements:

    • 1+ year of professional experience
    • Previous experience in software sales or lead generation
    • Proven track record of meeting goals and metrics
    • CRM software proficiency
    • Strong MS Office Suite skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
    • Ability to establish and nurture client relationships
    • Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn, HubSpot, Google Drive)
