    Reporting to the Operations Lead, our Operations Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks related to our installations/services. They will be responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed timely and accurately.

    Core Role ResponsibilitiesSchedule install appointments in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring continued customer communication on any changes and updatesOversight of accounts receivable process and maintain local collection contacts to support centralized functionLiaison between the operations team members and the Customer Experience Centralized team; ensuring expedited feedback is provided to the CX team to ensure a positive customer experienceAbility to learn and become familiar with Window Nation productsResponsible for keeping accounts receivable under 30 daysResponsible for managing installation paperwork to ensure install crews are preparedResponsible for reviewing installs and verifying product arrival and updating labor workbooksActively oversees installation pipeline, closing and updating jobs dailyResolves relevant customer issues to ensure high level of customer satisfactionResponsible for collecting payments/submitting funding for completed jobs to maintain (Days Sales Outstanding) DSO within company standardResponsible for receiving and maintaining inventory of orders providing timely ETAs to all stakeholdersEnsures timely updates and document uploads into CRM systemResponsible for daily check depositsRequired QualificationsHS Diploma or GED1+ years of administrative support or scheduling experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience maintaining accounts receivable CRM experienceCustomer-centric mindset Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environment Experience in customer service financial administrative type roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
