    Job Summary

    We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide personalized care and support to individuals in need, empowering them to live with dignity and respect in the comfort of their own homes.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist with personal hygiene and dressing needs, ensuring the individual's comfort and independence
    • Aid with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises to promote overall well-being
    • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks to meet the individual's dietary requirements
    • Perform light housekeeping duties, maintaining a safe and clean living environment
    • Provide medication reminders, administering medication as needed
    • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the individual's quality of life

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
    • Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
    • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines, prioritizing the individual's safety and well-being
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building trust and rapport with the individual and their family
    • Compassionate, respectful, and ethical approach to care, upholding the highest standards of professionalism
