- Assist in managing the service department and ensure the success of all processes and operations
- Supervise and train service department staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality
- Monitor and track the performance of the service department, including productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Maintain a strong focus on service upsells and exceed sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure all service repairs are completed within the designated time frame and meet safety standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and overall customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the powersports service field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service department, preferably in the powersports industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in using service management software and other computer applications
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement
