    As we embark on implementing new Flight Operations and Aircraft Maintenance software, we are seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our team.


    Job Description:


    We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist in the implementation of new software solutions tailored to the aerospace industry.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of Flight Operations and Aircraft Maintenance software.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the implementation of new software.
    Conduct analysis of current processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
    Develop comprehensive process documentation, including workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.

    Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.

    Interact with stakeholders from various departments, including technology, finance, legal, and operations, to gather requirements and address concerns.
    Utilize aviation maintenance domain knowledge to provide insights and recommendations throughout the software implementation process.
    Occasionally travel to Oklahoma City for planning meetings and team exercises (approximately once every 2-3 months).


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
    Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the aerospace industry.
    Strong understanding of aviation maintenance domain knowledge is mandatory.
    Experience with Flight Operations, including scheduling and routing, is preferred.
    Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
    Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional travel as required.


    Preferred Background:
    Prior experience in airlines carriers, aviation/defense manufacturers, or private charter airlines is highly desirable.
