Job summary

We're looking for a Sales Manager in Cincinnati area to lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive market penetration, uphold company standards, and ensure team effectiveness through strategic leadership, talent development, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a remote sales team including setting, measuring, and tracking sales performance
  • Set individual revenue targets (quotas) and drive their attainment throughout the Area while ensuring profitable sales
