The Housing Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and customer service support for the Housing Choice Voucher and/or Low-Income Public Housing programs.Essential functions include program administration, customer service & compliance, financial & administrative support, and maintenance coordination. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, years of experience in property management or social services, understanding of HUD regulations, knowledge of Connecticut landlord/tenant law,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
