BlackRock Resources is seeking a Project Manager who has a strong background in commercial construction, primarily with the HVAC/ Mechanical scope.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above per department (trade) and/or willing to learn

Organizational skills in order to coordinate tasks pertaining to construction projects

Ability to oversee projects and employees

Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Sufficient knowledge of mathematics including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Ability to compute and interpret charts and graphs

Ability to schedule and prioritize all work assignments

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse individuals

Ability to enforce and abide by all company rules and procedures

Excellent knowledge of construction plans and specifications
