- Apply project controls knowledge within the applied project management (PM) system to schedule project development, integration, and implementation
- Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) to effectively organize project tasks and deliverables
- Schedule cost and resource loading to ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Conduct project progression analysis, including identification of delays and development of recovery strategies
- Implement earned value management techniques to track project performance and cost efficiency
- Verify data synchronization between Primavera Project Manager and applicable financial databases
- Provide Primavera knowledge transfer to designated government personnel as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in project controls or related field
- Proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera Project Manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

LAC Federal is seeking a highly skilled Project Control Specialists to join our team. The Specialists will apply project controls knowledge within the applied project management (PM) system to schedule project development, integration, and implementation.
