- Provide on-site consultancy on financial and industry matters to members, assisting with their use of CFC member facing models, analyzes various business opportunities and provides other solutions as requested.
- Play a role in the innovation, development and deployment of new and existing financial, statistical and economic models.
- Create and delivers professional instruction using custom training courses on current financial models and programs to members and CFC staff for use in affiliated organizations educational programs.
- Effectively interact with and manages day-to-day internal and external client relationships at all levels.
- Conduct & support workshops and presentations at statewide and/or national CFC sponsored conferences.
- Provide member engagement in an unstructured environment, while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by the Financial Analysis Products and Services team.
- Create and monitors content published on CFC Solutions publication.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or equivalent field.
- MBA, CPA or equivalent field is preferred.
- 10 years of relevant experience in the electric utility industry or providing financial/accounting consultative services to the electric utility industry.
- Experience innovating and managing model development.
- Advanced financial and cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, research and analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of the Electric Utility & Cooperative business model.
- Significant verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced skills in developing, implementing financial and/or statistical models, best practices, policies and procedures.
- Microsoft (MS) Excel and VBA programming skills for software development.
- Experience with MS Business Intelligence Suite and Geo Mapping preferred.
- Advanced presentation skills and a proven ability to effectively communicate to a full range of management levels.
- Proven customer service orientation.
