Director Level Human Resources Leader, responsible for defining and driving strategy initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain search.

The ideal candidate must have significant understanding of labor relations strategy, influencing business partners with the ability to create and implement solutions to problems.

Must have a history of success supporting across a wide range of projects, requiring active coaching of business leaders to enable business outcomes.

She/He will be earmarked for succession planning and promotion to a REGIONAL HR DIRECTOR ROLE within months.


A Successful Leadership Background:
BA/BS degree, MA a plus, SHRM or similar professional memberships / certifications an asset
Several years of broad HR career experience across multiple functional areas, but with strong experience in Supply Chain.
Must come from a large union manufacturing or logistics facility.
Background in labor relations strategy and working in unionized environments in the US.
Implement high performance work systems, inspirational leader and must be a mentor. "Women and minorities encouraged to be referred."
