- Support overall laboratory informatics strategy
- Support governance and partnership with the scientists and IT to manage and implement Analytical Data Master Systems
- Assessing new technology and laboratory data automation in collaboration with Scientists and vendors to increase laboratory efficiency, reduce testing time, reduce data variability, and reduce waste
- Leverage scientific experience and translate business needs to develop and deploy data management strategy
- Partner with scientists to drive electronic structured data capture in automated laboratory execution systems including automation
- Ensure GXP compliance, support audits and drive data integrity for lab systems
- Collaborate closely with scientists and IT to drive global upgrades of analytical data systems
- Drive strategic roadmap with vendors for lab execution and automation systems
