Drive innovation, lead a dynamic software team, prioritize, and define user stories to deliver value with top-notch quality to improve equipment safety and performance.

    YOUR IMPACT:

    Management of Team Backlog

  • Develop intelligent products that improve safety, uptime, and productivity for assets in the Fire and cement mixer industries.
  • Manage and prioritize Development team's backlog. Guide the sequencing of user stories over time toward the best economic outcomes.
  • Defines requirements and prioritize both user stories and bugs, including detailed acceptance criteria. Reviews bugs reported by Product specialist and prioritize them. Supports Product Manager in gathering Feature requirements.
  • Lead Development Team in Value Delivery

  • Apply customer centric mindset to guide team towards delivering solutions that are desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable.
  • Accountable for product quality – validate that user story meets acceptance criteria.
  • Provide technical guidance into critical design options.
  • Gather and apply customer feedback

  • Gather customer and stakeholder feedback and apply them towards product updates.
  • Maintain product documentation and regression test cases.
  • Value Delivery – Incorporate SAFe/Agile principles for value delivery in short increments.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3 or more years of Experience in Product Owner role for IoT or Software products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills.
  • STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with automotive or heavy-duty vehicle industry or IoT products.
  • Experience working in SAFe, Scrum or Agile environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup like culture, excels in ambiguous situations, and embraces technical challenges.
