We are hiring for a unique dual role combining Medical Records & Unit Ward Clerk at Genesis Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Fax physicians' orders and deliver any faxed documents to the appropriate party.
- Complete the daily transfer of vital signs and weights from the daily assignment sheet to patients' chart.
