• Bachelors Degree with 10+ years OR Masters Degree with 8+ years of professional IT experience
• Relevant certifications and additional qualifications are a plusQualifications:
• Linux Administration expertise
• Extensive hands
• on experience with Red Hat OpenShift container platform
• Strong knowledge of DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure
• Familiarity/experience with Kubernetes
• Understanding of network principles related to OpenShift Cluster (DNS, Load balancing, Firewalls)
• Experience implementing security best practices on OpenShift components
• Proficiency with Automation Tools (Ansible) for deployment/maintenance streamlining
• Optimization of system performance for OpenShift workloadsSkills and Experience in:
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, and Ansible
• Docker and Kubernetes containerization solutions
• Automation scripting: Perl, Bash, Shell, Python
• Security best practices implementation on OpenShift components
• Performance optimization for OpenShift workloads
• Pod scheduling and cluster scaling for resource allocation optimization
• Diagnosing and resolving issues during OpenShift installation and operation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Security Clearance:

• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance with SSBI, requiring US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
