Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will oversee day to day business operations and deliver high quality service.

This will be a full-time position working 40 hours a week. Mandatory overtime based on business needs.

General Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure patrons have a welcoming and satisfying visit
• Track inventory and order more supplies when necessary
• Hire, train, and oversee staff
• Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed
• Incorporate systems for better efficiency and growth of sales
• Administrative support in marketing and restaurant expansion

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Valid food handler's certificate required within 3 months
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Ability to influence others and work in a collaborative environment
• Customer service experience and strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Able to stand long hours, and lift up to 30 lbs

Preferred

• Experience creating and implementing processes in the industry
• Bilingual with Spanish
• Project Management experience
• Experience leveraging social media
