    LPN Supervisor at Grande Pointe Healthcare Center

    Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

    • Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio
    • Prior experience in Long Term Care nursing
    • Prior supervisory/management experience
    • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university and a graduate of an approved LPN Program
