Responsibilities
- In partnership with the Regional VPMA, assists the organization in advancing its mission to transform the delivery of primary care by partnering with payers and providers to drive improvements in the quality (HEDIS/STAR), clinical documentation, and cost of care for every P3 California patient.
- Developing and managing disease management and other clinical programs to improve patient quality of life and manage healthcare costs.
- Act as the public facing and trusted representative of P3 to the medical community.
