- Provides expert administrative support to the production team.
- Streamlines and improves efficiency of processes and procedures.
- Collaborates with Project Managers Production Team Leaders, and Supply Chain.
- Oversees the costs of materials and other goods, services, and activities.
- Oversees Raw Material, Finished Goods, and Fixed Assets Inventory counts.
- Unifies processes and procedures across all ledgers.
- Tracks production supply spending and ensures timely closing of end of month for production.
- Assure compliance of daily activities with effective measurements in place including performance of AP resources.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or relevant experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in a production environment.
- Advanced knowledge of excel.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivation and strong initiative with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
