    AKABA, LLC welcomes reliable and enthusiastic professionals to join us as part-time ABA Techs or Behavior Therapists.

    *Hiring for clients in Southbridge, Charlton, Oxford, Dudley, Webster, and Auburn.

    Job Type: Part-time, flexible scheduling with consistent hours. Monday-Friday, weekends are optional, and you can build your caseload as you gain skills in the field.

    Most clients are seen during after-school hours (3-8 p.m.) but some clients also have early afternoon needs as well.
    Pay:$ $23.00 per hour to start

    This position provides individualized ABA services in the home, community, and center-based setting to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

    We offer ABA basics courses, safety care training, access to free virtual training, and in-field training to prepare you for the field and beyond

    Other Benefits of the ABA Tech Position:

    Travel pay

    Mileage reimbursement per policy.

    Career Advancement- We have Ongoing office and field training, online RBT training, and free BCBA candidate supervision available.

    Hiring Multiple Candidates

    Similar to positions like ABA Therapist, Behavior Therapist, Behavior Technician, Registered Behavior Technician, ABA Instructor, ABA Tutor and Paraprofessional.

    Qualifications: Applicants should enjoy working with children, especially one-to-one.

    Knowledge of and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and/or the Psychology field is a plus.


    Additional qualifications for the ABA Tech role include:

    • Friendly and energetic, enjoy working with children.
    • Has reliable transportation (ie. Private vehicle)
    • Experience working with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities (preferably Autism)
    • Ability to attend an initial orientation.
    • Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week (mostly after school hours between 3-8 p.m.)
    • Be timely and organized.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations.
    • Other relevant experience: working as a Teacher's Aide, Education Assistant, Child Care worker, Tutor, Instructor, Home Care Worker, Mental Health Therapist, Nursing Assistant

    Responsibilities: The ABA Tech will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and will be directly responsible for:

    • Data collection
    • Implementing individualized behavior support plans
    • Implementing skill acquisition programs
    • Working with families for effective collaboration on client
    • Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner
    • Attending monthly case review meetings with their direct supervisor

    Required education:

    • High school or equivalent

    Required license or certification:

    • Valid Driver's License

    Job Location: Metro Worcester, MA area

    Required experience:

    • Working with Kids or Teens: minimum 6 months
