Description
Women's Health Case Manager (LVN or RN)
The Women's Health Case Manager is responsible for providing the full spectrum of case management services to pregnant patients during pregnancy and the post-partum period. Case management services include, but are not limited to:
Registered Nurse (RN) license (Unrestricted) in the state of Texas required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; or a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
At least 5 years related experience and/or training.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
