    Description

    SUMMARY


    Responsible management of the Finance Department including budget development, payroll, accounts payable, grant and contract and receivable management, general ledger accounting, financial analysis and reporting, third party receivables, cash flow, etc.

    Ensures that financial systems are HRSA compliant. Work with internal and external stakeholders to increase the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. Participates in Strategic Decisions as part of a dynamic growing community focused team.

    Potential for hybrid work

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

    MBA, CPA, MPA, MHCA, MHA is preferred.

    Must have 5 or more years' experience in financial management in the medical field on the provider side.

    Thorough knowledge of financial planning and budgeting for a health care facility. Also, knowledgeable about contracting, financial and accounting policy development in the health care field, billing, collections, and grant analysis.


    OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    Reliable transportation required

    Bilingual ability in English and Spanish, Portuguese or Creole speaking abilities preferred

    Cultural sensitivity necessary to work with a diverse patient and staff population required

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively required

    Knowledge of computers and electronic medical records required

    Knowledge of Microsoft Suite preferred

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written required

    Pay:
    $131, $180,000.00 per year
