Role Description

This is a PRN hybrid role in the Raleigh NC area for an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse.

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing compassionate and quality home health care services to patients. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and provides the opportunity for remote work.

The Registered Nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, monitor patient progress, administer medications, and educate patients and their families on health management.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of home health care regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to adapt to changing patient needs
• Compassionate and caring approach to patient care
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field
• BLS certification
• Additional certifications or specialized training in specific areas of home health care are a plus
