    Summary About the Position:

    Serves as a Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), Force Management, Documentation Analyst for the United States Army Medical Command (MEDCOM).

    Analyzes, builds, coordinates TDA documents to support Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), Deputy Chief of Staff, G3/5/7, Command Plan (CPLAN), Change Management Plans (CMPs), Out of Cycle (OOC) and other change management processes for MEDCOM and its subordinate units.

    Responsibilities Manages the disciplined production of TDA, AUGTDA, MOBTDA, and CTA documents IAW established processes, directives and timelines, in regulatory compliance with AR Coordinates with HQDA Command and Program Budget Guidance (PBG) Command Managers and ACOM representatives to reconcile force structure differences.

    Advises supported organizations on equipment line item number (LIN) validation decisions.

    Specialized Experience:

    One year of specialized experience which includes experience in analyze, build, coordinate, Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) documents, manage the production of TDA, AUGTDA, MOBTDA, and CTA documents IAW established processes, directives and timelines, analyze and adjust directed manpower and equipment allocations and documentation actions.

    This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

    Grade Requirement:

    Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).

    Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience aloneno substitution of education for experience is permitted. Additional Information Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. One year trial/probationary period may be required. Direct deposit of pay is required.
