Description
:This position is FT, Nights 7 pm - 7:
30am, with rotating weekends.
RESPONSIBLEFOR:
Coordinates the delivery of qualitynursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, as wellas operational issues during his/her shift.
Provides clinical careas needed when census demands. Communicates patient care,departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriateleader(s). Serves as resource for guidance and assistance to thestaff.Qualifications:
MINIMUMEDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate of a nursingprogram.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:
One year of nursing experience in ahospital setting required.
MINIMUMLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
CurrentLicense in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLCMultistate License. BLS certification required.
ADDITIONALQUALIFICATIONS:
Two or more years of nursingexperience in a hospital setting preferred. Bachelor's degreepreferred. Advanced certification in field of specialty, ifapplicable. Demonstrated clinical competency.
