- Work closely with Restoration Supervisors to ensure customers' needs are met
- Respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency service requests including fire & water damage mitigation, mold remediation, HVAC ductwork cleaning, board up/temporary repairs
- Perform restoration production processes as scheduled (demolition, cleaning, content manipulation, etc.) and ensure quality control, this is a labor intensive position
- Thoroughly document the job process, from start-to-finish, in real time using latest technology
- Maintain a clean job site and company vehicle
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must possess a clean driving record
- Must be able to respond to losses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during rotating on-call shift schedule
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time; repetitively push/pull/carry objects; lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 occasionally with assistance; climb ladders, work at ceiling heights or in tight spaces
