Requirements

In addition to strong written and verbal communication skills, core skills include:

• Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of social media
• Understanding of human resources policies and practices
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruitment for multi-site locations, with at least one (1) year of healthcare recruiting experience
