    This role will be based in Bentonville, AR**

    This role will include sales/account management responsibility for our growing business with Walmart US and Canada.

    The person in this role will be the face of the customer as well as the main driver of the business internally, responsible for every initiative within the scope of Walmart Canada as well as being the "right hand" of the Director of Sales for the Walmart US business.

    This role at Claire's is fast-paced and high-visibility throughout the Concessions (Sales) team, with a focus on driving sales and profitability growth.

    Main Responsibilities

    Account Management responsibility for Claire's product/programs with partners like Walmart US & Canada
    Responsible for driving sales/profitability through these channels
    Tasked with prospecting new business opportunities in different departments within Walmart Canada
    Internal point person/directly responsible for any and all Claire's activity with this strategic customer
    Build customer relationships with Walmart merchants, associate merchants, etc.
    Be able to speak to Claire's activity/successes/opportunities to our Walmart partners and to our internal teams
    Conduct and oversee modular walk-throughs with internal teams to come to a consensus on product/layout
    Oversee and help guide new store launches
    Manage customer level P&Ls alongside the finance team
    Work with Claire's field team and operations team on execution of programs
    Support the build out and implementation of processes to gain efficiencies throughout the organization
    Identify issues and root causes and make recommendations for improvements
    Participate in and lead internal business reviews

    IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS...

    Experience as an Account Manager or National Account Manager for a CPG business with Walmart
    Ability to work well with team members
    Initiative & follow-through
    Willingness to learn and grow alongside the sales team
    Strong oral and written communication skills
    Bachelor's degree from a 4-year school
    Experience in excel
    Experience analyzing data
    Retail Link experience
