This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk & Operations Coordinator based in Dallas, TX.
This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and drivers while supporting daily administrative and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities include answering phone calls, assisting walk-ins, processing payments and checks, marking invoices as paid, receiving vendor deliveries, entering purchase orders, preparing weekly outstanding balance reports, and assisting with warehouse support as needed.
QualificationsFluent in English and Spanish
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience handling payments, invoices, and administrative tasks
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced distribution environment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
Experience in food distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus
