The Branch Sous Chef works closely with the Branch Chef to plan and direct food preparation and customer workshops.Responsibilities
- Proactively identify qualified "New, Lost and Underpenetrated" business leads for targeted consultation opportunities ,
- Support and at times lead the Business Solutions Workshop process ,
- Participate in new item processes and tastings at the Branch level identifying features and benefits for new items; Also, assist in identifying the viability of new items with the goal of SKU reduction and Special-Order rationalization ,
