    NantHealth is seeking a skilled Director of Training to create and implement the vision and strategy for End User/Services Training for the NantHealth and OpenNMS product portfolio. As the Director of Training, you'll implement standardized processes to gain efficiencies and create repeatable, visible processes, while collaborating with internal departments with the common goals of producing high level results, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

    This role is initially an individual contributor position with the possibility of growing into a management role, leading the team function.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Keep up-to-date on training industry trends. Incorporate the latest innovations into training offerings to enhance existing material and improve effectiveness
    • Develop and execute annual training plan, maintaining flexibility to adapt training plan to changing business drivers.
    • Develop and maintain annual training budget.
    • Lead a project team to produce high quality results and sustained high levels of productivity through efficient, appropriate and effective staff utilization. Ensure all instructor/course developer resources have the appropriate tools, knowledge, skills and abilities to effectively deliver the course offerings.
    • Collaborate extensively with multiple functional areas and maintain excellent communication with upper management
    • Develop, deploy, and implement reporting that measures and quantifies effectiveness of training initiatives and efforts across the board.
    • Lead procurement and manage vendor relationships as needed to achieve objectives
    • Provide value-added thought leadership to business owners/SMEs/Instructors throughout the creation of training programs.
    • Manage complex training projects to ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met in accordance with project plan
    • Develop and maintain high quality training materials for End Users across Product Lines and Services. Formats include, but are not limited to, presentations, ILT and e-learning.
    • Participate in and lead (as applicable) the support of end user needs as it relates to NantHealth Training Programs
    • Measure, analyze and report out on pertinent data monthly including insights gained from user audiences that could inform product, feature and design enhancements.

    Education & Experience Requirements:

    • 10years related experience withaBachelor's degree
    • Experience developing and managing operational and strategic plans with mid- to long term focus (e.g., 2-5 years)
    • Previous experience developing end-user trainings for high-profile customers and clients
    • Ability to grow and develop into the management track of the organization.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Ability to communicates clearly and effectively with parties within and outside of own job area, which may include external clients or vendors
    • Ability to influence others outside of own job area on policies, practices and procedures

    The salary range for remote US-based applicants for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.

    • $115,000 - $145,000 base salary, plus bonus potential.
