    We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years workers' compensation experience to join our growing team

We provide comprehensive research, analysis and customized solutions to eliminate unnecessary workers compensation costs using proprietary management tools.     Tasks vary and can include:

    Responsible for a book of clients and the management of their workers' compensation program

    · Responsible for a caseload of approximately claims for which you work directly with claims adjusters in managing costs and outcomes

    · Work directly with Employers on return to work programs for injured employees and in implementing good practice for an effective work comp program

    · Participate in and drive periodic claim reviews to provide updates and address strategies with stakeholders

    Skills required:

    • Knowledge of workers' compensation laws & procedures
    • Ability to create necessary actions that will produce expected results
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, comfortable using phone and computer for virtually all aspects of duties
    • Excellent Customer Service and communication
    • Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace with minimal supervision
    • Salary Range: Depends on Experience

    Experience:

    • Knowledge of workers' compensation laws & procedures: 5 years (Required)
