Position Summary
Fox Factory is seeking an experienced and qualified candidate for a full-time job opening for the position of Sr. Data Analyst to support our Powered Vehicles Group (PVG).
Position Responsibilities
Complete ad hoc reports by gathering data, analyzing data, and delivering accurate reports in a timely manner.
Complete analytics improvement projects by gathering requirements, verifying data availability, developing procedures, and deploying an automated solution to improve data accessibility and interpretation.
Review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures.Utilize Excel, SQL, Power BI and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Identify and compile data that support various KPI metrics.
Work with a cross-functional team to determine most useful business solutions for the company.
Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Specific Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities Required
MS Office skills
Experience with BI software
Experience with ERP system(s)
Advanced technical skills
Excellent documentation skills
Ability to work and communicate with senior management
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Mathematics or Statistics
5+ years in a relevant analytical role

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Mathematics or Statistics
Master's degree preferred
Experience:
5+ years in a relevant analytical role
Technical expertise related to data modeling, data mining, data transformation, and data segmentation.
Advanced SQL, Power Query, and/or DAX skills
Advanced BI visualization software skills (Power BI preferred)
Experience with an ERP system (Oracle preferred)
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Office environment
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Extended periods of exposure to computer
