Description
A law firm is seeking a Senior Criminal Defense Attorney in San Jose, CA.The Senior Criminal Defense Attorney will report to the Supervising Attorney, managing a caseload and handling serious felony and federal cases.
They will advise clients on legal rights, attend pretrial hearings, manage court appearances and trials, conduct legal research, and provide strategic legal analysis.

Provide legal analysis to determine case benefits
Handle complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
5+ years of Criminal Defense Experience
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Proficient in legal research and analysis
Fluency in Spanish preferred
