    Our Clients are seeking Paraprofessionals in the Middlesex County area. Multiple client opportunities for the 2024 school year are available

    SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF PARAPROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITY

    • Work with students who demonstrate behavioral challenges
    • Classroom management and material development
    • Assist teacher in the classroom as needed
    • Track student progress throughout the day, sometimes with the use of charts or graphics
    • Empower students with strategies that enhance their strengths
    • Provide an encouraging and supportive presence to students
    CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

    • Minimum of an Associate's degree OR 60 College Credits OR a ParaPro Certificate
    • Comfortable supporting children with behavior challenges and/or have special needs including autism or medical fragility
    • Must pass Fingerprint background check and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, Act 16-67, and Criminal
