    We're searching for a Sr Product Manager, Terminals to join Aurora Services Product team.

    In this role, you will


    Shape the strategy for Aurora's network of terminals and customer endpoints, including defining different archetypes to meet our customers' needs and Aurora's commercial targets, balancing costs and engineering resources required to deliver.

    Determine potential terminal partnership opportunities to support Aurora's lane expansion roadmap and work with Aurora's Business Development team to bring high potential partnerships to life.

    This strategy will be in direct service of Aurora's overall business roadmap and will enable our existing and future customers to deploy our technology seamlessly into their own networks in service of Aurora's mission to scale autonomous technology safely, quickly, and broadly.

    Bring the strategy to live by partnering deeply with key internal stakeholders in Operations, Business Development, SW Engineering, Finance, Real Estate, and external stakeholders including our customers and OEM partners.

    Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to upper management and product stakeholders.

    Identify key data and metrics that inform the overall performance of the terminals and endpoint products, and identify opportunities for improvement to feedback into overall product and strategy.

    Required Qualifications

    5+ years in logistics and/or strategic operations.
    Direct, measurable impact through the design, development, and execution of strategy.
    Solid leadership experience with cross-functional teams in service of a large workstream.
    Aptitude as a product owner or product manager.
    Experience working with Engineers to define requirements and bring designs to life.

    Desirable Qualifications

    High level of comfort working in ambiguity. Must be able to define the unknown, create structure and manage change.
    Owned products end-to-end.
    Experience clarifying product challenges and details via written documents to get alignment with senior leadership.
    Financial or Data Modeling skills.

    The base salary range for this position is $141,000-$211,000 per year. Aurora's pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

    Within the range, the successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions.

    These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
