Responsibilities

  • Receives visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Assist with corporate event planning
  • Supports a positive and professional image through actions and dress
  • Answers all incoming calls,
  • Maintains the reception area in a neat & orderly fashion
