    Description

    As a Customer Experience Representative in our Service Center, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers and the primary owner of the Service Center phone queue. Your warm, professional, and consistent interactions at every touchpoint will shape how customers perceive our brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome customers with a positive first impression
    • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat or in person
    • Serve as primary owner of the Service Center phone queue

    You will also manage customer frustrations with empathy and professionalism resolving issues effectively while processing orders accurately. Strong communication skills are essential to ensuring every interaction is positive informative aligning with company values. Additional responsibilities include utilizing technical tools to support customer engineering needs being an active team player providing uniquely better service.
