    The Customer Experience Representative plays a crucial role in shaping how customers perceive our brand by delivering a warm, professional, and consistent experience at every touchpoint.

    • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the Service Center.
    • Provide first-line customer support via phone, email, or chat.
