    In this unique global role, you will project manage key functional projects, while engaging with stakeholders across multiple Western Union locations. These include the launch of the Loyalty program and the function's engagement with Western Union's ecosystem. In addition, it will work closely with the functional leader on key strategic team priorities.

    Role Responsibilities
    • Reporting to the VP, Experience, Loyalty, CEM & Organic, you will be pivotal in creating, organizing, and managing project phases through launch
    • Drive results through proactive project management.
    • Accountable for visibility and tracking deliverables across the broader transformation, driving individual workstreams and building executive communication aligned to strategic priorities.
    • Work with regional stakeholders to create strategies and launch new features and frameworks.
    • Assist in decision making to ensure the department is executing in the most efficient and lean way.
    Role Requirements
    • Minimum 5-7 years of strategic project development experience within a geographically distributed team.
    • Experience executing strategic business priorities and market engagement in a cross-functional working environment.
    • Track record of successfully delivering complex programs and projects on a global scale.

    Salary

    The on-target earnings range is $148,697- $210,000 per year, which includes a base salary, short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
