    Job Summary Assists the Director(s) of Quality, Regulatory and Safety and supervisor with leading the organization#s quality improvement programs and processes.# Also assists with aggregation and analysis of data from various databases, to facilitate development and support of best practices and evidence-based medicine.#

    Participates in all aspects of committees and teams development to address Quality, Safety, Infection Prevention, and Performance Improvement initiatives for the organization including the Medical Staff.

    # Executes project tasks related to Performance Improvement across departments.# Assists Director(s) and supervisor with medical staff monitoring functions and hospital wide quality improvement programs.

    Collaborates with service line Registry Coordinators and assists with the development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of service line patients, registry and designation for Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood.

    # Collaborates effectively with physicians, departments, and other providers.

    Job Requirements Minimum Education Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD, BSN) Minimum Work Experience 3 Years Required Licenses/Certifications Registered Nurse# BLS Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Compose applicable policies and procedures.

    Compose letters/memoranda. Coordinate events. Coordinate meetings. Coordinate schedules. Research information. Develop office procedures. Generate reports. Develop and compile statistical data. Develop program indicators. Establish, chair and/or coordinate events. Input data into computer programs. Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis.
