Job Summary Assists the Director(s) of Quality, Regulatory and Safety and supervisor with leading the organization#s quality improvement programs and processes.# Also assists with aggregation and analysis of data from various databases, to facilitate development and support of best practices and evidence-based medicine.#
Participates in all aspects of committees and teams development to address Quality, Safety, Infection Prevention, and Performance Improvement initiatives for the organization including the Medical Staff.
# Executes project tasks related to Performance Improvement across departments.# Assists Director(s) and supervisor with medical staff monitoring functions and hospital wide quality improvement programs.Collaborates with service line Registry Coordinators and assists with the development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of service line patients, registry and designation for Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood.
