    Description

    Roundhouse, a rapidly growing developer and manager of diverse real estate projects, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team.

    Founded in 2008, with operations in four states and managing over 7,000 multi-family units, they prioritize community building and pride in their work.

    The Maintenance Technician role involves keeping the property in top shape. The ideal candidate should have experience in general maintenance, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to customer service.


    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, pool, and spa work.
    • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion.
    • Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and maintain compliance with codes.
    • Keep accurate records of work done and assist with vendor management.
    • Participate in on-call rotation and maintain safety standards.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
    • Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance and repair.
    • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Capable of standing, walking, and climbing ladders for extended periods.
    • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
