Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business System Analyst to provide services for the Inmate Tracking System (ITS) and Inmate Records Information System (IRIS) Projects.

The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience working as a senior business system analyst on large-scale projects in the Public, Safety, and Justice domain. They will possess strong business analysis skills, including understanding Waterfall and Agile principles, and be proficient in MSSQL, data migration, and Microsoft PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities

Research and understand the scope and business requirements of the ITS project.
Develop interfaces for the ITS project by working with business analysts and developers to create specifications, interface design documents, and complete data compliance reviews.
Implement multifactor authentication, active directory integration, and single sign-on for the ITS project.
Support the operational readiness review and training users for the ITS project.
Complete tasks assigned for the IRIS project, including validation of technical requirements and business analysis documentation.
Work with the TSS network support team to conduct Spartan device testing for the ITS project.
Support developers and business analysts to ensure user acceptance testing is conducted.
Provide disaster recovery support for the ITS project.

Requirements

Two or more years of experience as a senior business system analyst on large-scale projects.
Experience working in the Public, Safety, and Justice domain.
Strong business analysis skills, including understanding Waterfall and Agile principles.
Proficiency in MSSQL, data migration, and Microsoft PowerBI.
Data analysis experience and knowledge of indices, fundamentals, and analytical data.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications

Four-year college degree in Information Technology or seven years of relevant work experience in the area of business analysis.
Business Analysis certification such as CBAP, CBDA, CPRE, BPA, AAC.
