    The **Sr. Manager, Network and Security Sales** will deliver on VMwares value proposition to build mind share and adoption of our Networking & Security technologies within our C1 Accounts. You'll enable VMWares customers to define, develop, and deploy their next-generation Networking and Security tools. This position demands deep knowledge of development cycles, IT Operations including DevOps, open source, subscription and SaaS licensing to have meaningful conversations with our C1(Commercial 1) customers.

    We seek a talented and motivated leader who can motivate and manage our C1(Commercial 1)field specialist sales team. We seek a Sales leader who can manage anywhere from 6 to 9 senior-level sales specialists.

    You will be responsible for building and managing an experienced sales team

    Thorough understanding of the Commercial landscape and market

    Work closely with the Core sales team and their leadership in order to plan & execute cohesive sales campaigns

    Possess strong and proven leadership skills and the ability to build a complex territory strategy to ensure both short and long-term goals, objectives and quotas for the regional sales teams.

    Build strategic sales plans that drive business through direct selling, indirect selling through a multitude of Channel Partners, and local Demand Generation.

    Split time 50/50 between managing their teams and meeting with customers & partners.

    Work closely with extended sales resources, including, but not limited to SE Manager, PSO Manager, Inside Sales Manager, Channel Manager, Recruiting, etc.

    Work closely with a multitude of Channel Partners to drive transactional growth

    Accurate forecasting, planning, structure large ELA deals, negotiate deals & partnerships, and orchestrate a broad mix of resources in order to execute a successful 90-day sales campaign.

    **Required Skills:**

    Sales management/leadership ability

    Proficient in accurate sales forecasting and analysis.

    Managed quota-carrying sales teams with demonstrated achievement. Proven ability to manage a horizontal, extended resource team to support their direct sales teams

    We are looking for someone who can work effectively with and across all levels of business and IT contacts within very large and complex organizations

    Management team negotiating large 7 figure deals with extremely complex terms, conditions, price pressures, and considerations

    Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction

    Highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for self and team.

    Possess high levels of Integrity and Honesty

    BA/BS degree or higher

    **Minimum Responsibilities:**

    Performs pre-trip inspection of bus at the beginning of each shift.

    Greets associates and checks ID's to ensure they are Dorney Park associates.

    Transports associates from designated stops to designated loading/unloading areas.

    Assists in the cleanliness and upkeep of work areas (i.e. office, vehicles, bus stops).

    Monitors and ensures safety of passengers.

    Refuels vehicle as necessary or according to refuel schedule.

    Reports any rider policy infractions to Human Resources management.

    Attend HR pre-shift meetings.

    Provides guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.

    Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.

    Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.

    Meets Cedar Fair's attendance requirements as outlined in Cedar Fair's attendance policies.

    Adheres to Cedar Fair's Rules of Conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards as outlined in Employee Guidelines and other park/division specific policies and procedures.
