    Position Overview

    As a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator at Aunalytics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by preparing proposals and quotes, maintaining documentation, overseeing vendor communication and relationships, and ensuring compliance with certification requirements. Additionally, you will handle client inquiries, manage product renewals, order equipment and licenses, and assist with new client onboarding. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Please note that this is a hybrid role with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays spent working in our South Bend, IN office.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Proposal and Quote Preparation: Generate accurate and comprehensive proposals and quotes for the sales team, ensuring all pricing and configurations are correctly documented
      • Source from vendor partner sites desktop/laptop solutions and upgrades for quotes
    • Documentation Maintenance: Keep all quote documentation up-to-date with accurate pricing and configurations
    • Vendor Communication: Oversee communication with vendors, ensuring compliance with certification requirements and managing deal registration processes
    • Client Inquiries: Respond efficiently and accurately to client questions, especially regarding licenses, renewals, and quotes
    • Product Renewals: Proactively manage the renewal process for various products, including Sophos, Cisco SmartNet, Office 365, Citrix, Cisco Meraki, etc.
    • Order Management: Place orders for equipment and licenses for both internal use and clients, ensuring accurate fulfillment
    • Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup. Assist with the MSA process.
    • Delivery Processing: Receive and process deliveries, including labeling products, updating tickets, and closing purchase orders (POs)
    • Shipping: Assist with shipping to clients from the South Bend office, create shipping labels for other remote offices
    • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process
    • Special Projects: Participate in special projects as required, contributing to the team's overall success
    • Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned to support the company's goals and objectives
    Required Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the IT or technology sector
    • Strong understanding of IT products and services
    • A conceptual understanding of PC specs (processor, memory, storage, video memory, etc.) is preferable.
    • Proficiency in CRM and office software (e.g., Hubspot, Autotask, Connectwise, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Trust-worthy person that is able to process and have access to confidential information
    • Bonus - experience with reporting and data analytics
